But many of us are not so lucky—we work under fragmented local contracts, with little to no coordination among bargaining units even when we’re fighting the same employer. Join us for this discussion about how unions are coordinating bargaining and even aligning their contracts to maximize leverage in negotiations. We'll also discuss relevant takeaways for workers seeking to align contracts leading up to the UAW's call for unified action on May Day 2028. »
